Island Software Inc. [ISI] has been in existence for over 14 years. During this time ISI has performed complete implementation and customizations of Infinium SoftwareÔ systems for several large companies. In addition to the implementation of payroll software systems, ISI has also developed custom benefit and custom time entry systems for customers that have specific industry needs.
ISI programmers have extensive AS/400 programming experience and have been involved with complete installation and customization of large human resource systems. In addition to our strong programming expertise, ISI has available experienced system analysts with analytical and implementation skills in human resources to implement a core human resource system, or to met your specific industry needs to analyze, design and guide programming efforts in the implementation of customizations to meet your desired system customization.
In the course of satisfying the various needs of our customers, several interface modules have been developed. These modules were created with soft coded controls that provide the ability for clients to change their operating environment without the need for additional programming efforts. To further complement the programming and system analysis skills, ISI has available an experienced AS/400 operating system specialist with over 24 years experience with the AS/400 system to provide analysis, training and fine tuning of your AS/400 system to obtain optimum system performance.
